Personally I couldn't think of anything worse. But forty-nine residents of a street in Haverfordwest, Wales disagree, as they packed their bags and jetted off into the sun together.
The residents of Coronation Avenue in Haverfordwest, Wales, decided to take their summer holiday together this year, packing their bags for a week in Ibiza. What I would describe as my personal hell, they all thoroughly enjoyed, with the organiser of the trip, Paul John commenting that the holiday “was great fun. The only problem some of us had was sunburn and the occasional hangover.”
Speaking of the street, Mr John added, “We live on Coronation Avenue but we are similar to Coronation Street in a way – we’ve certainly got a few characters.”
It is great to see that community spirit is still alive and well, but going on holiday with all your neighbours, isn't that going a little too far? I mean who's going to feed the cat whilst your away, or put your bin out?
Would or have you ever been on holiday with your neighbours?
