Charities we have worked with

This year in April 2012 icelolly.com were lucky enough to work with the respectable charity 'Jemima's Place Animal Trust' Who go by the motto “We never turn an animal away.'

The Jemima's Place Animal Trust is a Charity that shows dedication to animals who are in need of vetting, rescuing and above all love. The trust's purpose is to rescue their animals from pain, as well as trying their hardest to give each of them a home. Based in South Wales , the sanctuary works with all kinds of animals from ducks to donkeys, aiming to find homes and care for those animals which may have illnesses, behavioural issues or in need of a new home and owner.

And icelolly.com are extremely proud to have supported the charity at their weekend fund raiser event which took place on the 21st and 22nd of April this year. The Celebrity Dog Whisperer even attended the event for those with dogs who needed some extra tips.

The event had various prize give-aways and sponsorships which we were luckily enough to get involved with. We were able to offer a week away in sunny Spain for two, as part of the prize giveaway which was given away to one lucky winner as part of the raffle! The money raised at the event went towards the charity's funds; making the animal sanctuary a better place for animals to live, for more recognition and resources that will help the trust continue with all their hard work they put in towards rescuing as many animals as possible.

The charity has touched many people as well as icelolly.com. Including Michael Barrymore, Hollyoaks star Hollie-Jay Bowes who are all patrons for the charity.

Once again, we are happy to be a part of raising money towards Jemima's Animal Trust by giving away a holiday to one lucky winner.And we are pleased to say that the winner enjoyed a week in the picturesque coastal region of Costa Brava.
