As its name implies, all rooms are apartments. Furnishings are basic & all rooms are in fair condition many now looking tired as are the bathrooms. The rooms, however, are large in size.

The breakfast room & snack bar is situated on the ground floor and is basic in design and decor. It has its own television to give clients a home away from home feel.

The lobby is basic in decor and very small. The reception area is in a seperate room just on from the lobby area. This leads directly into a seating area with a flora covered small fountain area.
