The hotel is located in the small village of Mlini, 10 km south from Dubrovnik on the very seafront. It has been completely refurbished, with 307 comfortable rooms.

There are 217 rooms in the main building and 90 rooms in the annex Studenac. Each room has a balcony overlooking the sea or garden and equipped with shower/toilet, air conditioning, and telephone.

In the hotel is the main restaurant (availability of vegetarian food), tavern, grill-restaurant, fish restaurant, steak house and coffee bar, two aperitif-bars, and anight club.
