Al Diwan Resort is a small, friendly and welcoming hotel that gives guests a chance to enjoy the decor and surroundings typical of Egypt. Apart from enjoying the charm and style of the hotel, guests get free use of Sharks Bay beach which is the best known and most popular spot for diving and snorkelling in the area. The rooms are built around the swimming pools and about half have pool views. All rooms are decorated in keeping with the traditional feel of the hotel. Standard rooms have twin beds with enough space to take a camp bed for children. Bathrooms have toilet, bidet and a walk in shower. All have international phone line, satellite tv and fridge. Rooms in the new block are the same but also have a balcony. Fully air-conditioned throughout. Safety deposit boxes available from reception at small daily charge.
