Les Balcons du Soleil residence is located in the La Falaise district and the slopes are directly accessible on skis. It is close to the Les Prodains cable car in the lower part of the resort. In the Avoriaz ski area you will find 70km of pistes ??? 50 runs: 6 black, 15 red, 24 blue and 5 green, 45km of cross-country skiing runs and 18 km of walking paths. The Portes du Soleil ski area has 650 km of runs - 286 runs: 28 black, 108 red, 111 blue and 39 green, 243 km of cross-country skiing runs and 250 km of walking paths. Les Balcons du Soleil is made up of 5 buildings (Neva, chapka, Douchka, Elenika Andamp; Saskia 1) All have lifts and ski storage. The children???s play area is in Saskia 1 building. There are 363 apartments in total and all have a fully equipped kitchen (4 electric/ceramic hotplates, microwave-grill oven, dishwasher Andamp; coffeemaker), bathroom, telephone, TV, Vacuum cleaner, duvets and balcony. All 1 bedroom apartments for 4 consist of: living area with 1 sofa bed Andamp; 1 pull out bed, 1 bedroom with double bed.
