La Falaise residence is part of the vast Avoriaz 1800 ski resort and is located in the lower part of the resort close to the ???Les Prodains??? cable car with direct access with skis to the heart of the skiing domain and to quick-flow ski lifts. The ski area of Avoriaz 1800 has 70 km of runs ??? 50 runs: 6 black, 15 red, 24 blue and 5 green, 45 km of cross-country skiing runs and 18 km of walking paths. The Portes du Soleil ski area has 650 km of runs - 286 runs: 28 black, 108 red, 111 blue and 39 green, 243 km of cross-country skiing runs and 250 km of walking paths. La Falaise residence stands at the top of La Falaise and has the most wonderful panoramic views of Morzine valley. Laying near the entrance to the resort it is ideally located for the bars, restaurants, mini market, bakery and sport shops. La Falise residence is made up of several buildings with lifts in all. The main reception is in Saskia2 building and is open 24 hours a day. There are 299 apartments in total and all have a fully equipped kitchen (2 hotplates, fridge, microwave-grill oven, dishwasher and coffeemaker), bathroom, telephone, TV, Vacuum cleaner and balcony. All studios sleep up to 4 and consist of: living area with 2 single sofa beds and a small cabin room with bunk beds. ***please note that the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years of age*** Please note that a breakage deposit of 200 euros per apartment is required upon arrival and refundable upon departure.
