Maeva Residence La Riviere is located in the heart of the Chamonix-Sud district, just 300 metres from the Aiguille du Midi cable car and 5 minutes walk from the Chamonix town centre. Chamonix - Mont Blanc ski area has 155 km of runs - 75 runs (13 black, 24 red, 27 blue and 11 green) and 38 km of cross country runs. The property is very close to the shops, restaurants, bars, casino and discotheque. Guests can relax on the balcony, which has garden furniture's and enjoy the view of the surroundings. All studios are equipped with a small kitchen (with 2 hotplates, fridge, mini oven or microwave and coffeemaker), balcony, TV and bathroom. Toewls are not included but are availible to hire for a charge of 8 euros. All studios for 4 have a living area with 1 double sofa bed and an area with bunk beds. ***please note that the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years of age*** . Please note that a breakage deposit of 200 euros per apartment is required upon arrival and refundable upon departure. The local tourist tax of approximately 1 euro per adult per night (children under 13 are free) is payable upon arrival.
