The hotel is situated in a business park in the north of Stuttgart. Despite its location outside the city centre it is very easy to get to downtown Stuttgart by train. There is a station in front of the hotel with trains going directly into the city centre.

The lobby is medium sized with the reception desk set off to the right hand side. There is a pleasant seating area across from the desk.
