The hotel's "old" building, which formally consisted of 80 Double Rooms, has been totally renovated in 2007 and now consists of Superior Double Rooms, Junior Suites and Luxury Suites. The new building (built in 2006) consists of Junior Suites, Luxury Suites and Maisonettes.

All rooms are equipped with individual Air Conditioning for heating & cooling, mini bar / fridge, small kitchenette with water boiling device, safety deposit box, hairdryer, 21'' Satellite-TV, internet connection, telephone and a spacious balcony or veranda.

The sumptuous bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub with hydro massage, personal care items, telephone and loudspeaker.

The Junior Suites, Luxury Suites and Maisonettes offer additionally: a luxurious bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin with hydro massage, bathing robes and slippers, a welcome present and daily cleaning service both in the morning and afternoon.

The Maisonettes offer additionally: a second bathroom with shower on the top floor next to the second bedroom.

The hotel's chef prepares daily a wonderful variety of hot and cold specialities and fresh salads, Buffet-served during breakfast and dinner. Daily show-cooking is provided as well for both breakfast and dinner.

The kitchen is divided from the restaurant by an 8m long glass wall, which gives you the unique opportunity to watch our chef and kitchen staff preparing your food.

At the tavern right next to the pool and sea, enjoy your lunch without having to leave the beauty of the beach. Our A la Carte menu consists of seafood titbits, fresh fish, grilled dishes and fresh-cooked traditional meals.

All Junior Suites, Luxury Suites and Maisonettes are cleaned by our maids twice per day (turndown service in the afternoon). We can dry clean, wash or press your laundry also if you wish.

In the mini market you will find articles of primary necessity like sea articles, newspapers, tobacco articles and souvenirs etc.

The hotel's shuttle bus takes you daily (free of charge) to the nearest towns of Neos Marmaras or Nikiti.
