The Achilleas Beach Hotel is situated on the northern coast of Kos on the outskirts of Mastihari, a small and friendly fishing village 7.5 km from Kos International Airport. The hotel has a great location, directly on the beach and is a relaxing resort of bungalow-type buildings spread throughout expansive gardens. A predominantly family orientated hotel with great atmosphere, the Achilleas Beach Hotel is a spacious complex with large public areas, impressive reception area, satellite TV room, large restaurant, main bar and pool bar. The hotel is also one of a minority on Kos to offer an Olympic size swimming pool, separate children's pool and pool side terrace with sun-loungers and umbrellas.


Accommodation
The majority of the comfortable rooms offer pool or sea-view, terrace or balcony, fridge, safety deposit box (with local charge), telephone, TV, WC, shower or bath and air-conditioning (local charge). These consist of twin, triple, quadruple and family rooms. Late check-out is available on request and is paid locally. Please note there is limited wheelchair access and due to its size, guests with walking difficulties should notify us at the time of booking. Baby cots are available at local charge, subject to availability.

The hotel is located directly on the beach, on the outskirts of the small fishing village of Mastihari, 1.5km away. It is 7.5km from Kos International Airport and 20km away from the Island capital, Kos Town. Its is possible for taxis to be ordered by reception, the hotel offers its own private bus service to Kos Town (various times a week dependent on numbers) and there is a local bus service that operates from Mastihari village to other areas of the island.

This hotel is ideal for families looking for a reasonably priced holiday in good surroundings and close to the beach. It has great animation facilities and very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel grounds are large and pretty and the sea views over the neighbouring Greek Islands are breathtaking. One of the main reasons we get so many repeat guests is that even if guests fancy a change from the hotel, they can access the rest of the island with ease due to its small size, which makes Achilleas Beach a very good base for exploring what else Kos has to offer.
