Residence Park Hotel Il Boscone is a newly built residence located in a sunny and quiet position, only 80m from the ski slopes and 150m from ski-lifts which can be reached by foot or by the ski bus service. For experienced skiiers, it is possible to ski to the door of the residence (snow conditions permitting). Madesimo resort center is just 300m away. Madesimo Resort is part of the Valchiavenna, not very well-known, but offers 60km of skiing slopes, with a natural snow coverage. It is situated in a very beautiful and sunny position, suitable for beginners and expert skiers. The new ski slope resort is known for its very spacious area for cross-country skiing. In the center of the town you can find a well organized Sport Center with ice skating activities and also skiing excursions with ski scooter, sledge dogs and snow rackets etc. For the Cross-country skiing lovers you can enjoy your stay with the 5 different tracks available (a total of 25km of slopes) which you can find at the backdrop of Madesimo, Alpe Motta, Montespluga, Campodolcino and Mottala. Apartments are warm and elegantly furnished in a typical alpine style, all with balconies and private entrance.
