Three oceanview restaurants whet the appetite with traditional Italian, International and authentic Jamaican cuisines, plus a beachside grill which stays open until the wee hours of the morning. The Bayside - A casual setting located poolside featuring local Jamaican favourites and international specialities served buffet style. Reservations are not required. Dress code is casual (dress shorts).

The Sundowner - The Sundowner features "New World Caribbean" cuisine served. All meals are served la carte by attentive white-gloved waiters. Reservations are required through the Guest Relations Desk. Dress code is casual (dress shorts).

La Vista Sul Mare - Specializes in fine Italian cuisine served in a comfortable setting. Non-smoking. Reservations are required through the Guest Relations Desk. Dress code is casual elegance (long trousers and collared shirts).
