The one and two bedroom apartments are all comfortably and tastefully furnished and are equipped with a kitchenette with an electric cooker and a fridge, a bathroom and terrace/balcony. There is a maid service four times a week and linens and towels are changed weekly.

Hotel Description

Balcon de Mar is a hotel complex located on a hillside in the older part of Puerto del Carmen. It offers a marvellous view of the Atlantic Ocean, the volcano and the harbour. The hotel facilities include fully-equipped rooms, two attractive swimming pools and a bar, among others. The hotel is 50 m from some restaurants, bars and shops, 1 km from the beach and approximately 7 km from the airport.

Activities

Set on a hillside in the older part of de resort, the Balcon del Mar offers a great holiday base for the Sundance club. Around the two swimming pools you will find just the place to relax and top up your tan whilst sipping a cocktail or snack from the poolside bar. If you feel a little more energetic there is table top football and a pool table.

Accommodation

The apartments are bright and modern and each is equipped with a kitchenette with two cooking rings, fridge, bathroom and a terrace or balcony. There is a maid service five times per week, linen is changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week. Baby cots are available on request and will count as one person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy.
