Places Of Interest

Attractions in Mumbai include ancient architecture, museums, wild activities and religious remains. One of its most famous tourist attractions is the Shree Siddhivinayak, a temple of the whole of India. The Mani Bhavan Gandhi museum is a huge two story building which holds research and stories of the whole of Gandhi's life and struggles. The Marine Drive in Mumbai is a world famous road, popular for its stunning views... Sometimes described as the Route 66 of India. Visit the Konkan railroads or the Colaba district for a real Indian experience.

Eating Out

The food in Mumbai is a mixture of both traditional dishes and exotic fast food.. But the fast food is still posh nosh, just made quickly and usually right in front of your eyes. The food is made up of coloured rices, vegetables, curries and home-made sweets. They also like to cook extremely good fish dishes which are cooked with nuts and peanut oil. Mumbai has many quirky food stalls in its streets, all competing against one another with their wild dishes; including food served on banana leaves, fried dall and even coconut gravy.
