With its stunning scenery you would never believe that St Lucia is volcanic, with it lush vegetation and beautiful flowering trees and uncrowded beaches it is well worth a trip round the Island to fully appreciate it’s unspoilt beauty. It has a real laid back, free and easy feel and I’m sure you will quickly get into the pace of life here, if you want something a little more lively then head for Rodney Bay where there’s a great choice of bars and restaurants featuring traditional live bands although most of the nightlife is centred round the hotels. This really is an ideal holiday location for couples who want to spend their days lazing on stunning white sandy beaches and only moving to take the occasional dip to cool down in the inviting blue sea.
Rodney Bay is the main area to eat out and offers creole, French, Italian and Mexican foods. Eating out in St Lucia can be expensive so be sure to budget for food if you are not all inclusive.
