Daily Itinerary: Fun Activities To Keep You Occupied

Whether you're working from home, looking after children or racking your brain for ways to keep yourself busy during self-isolation, the best thing you can do is make a routine and stick to it. A routine helps you feel more in control of everything, which is especially important during this uncertain situation, and can also help you make room for all that's important.

Tons of celebrities agree, with famous faces across fitness, entertainment and various other exciting industries, working hard to produce videos and live content for all the family to enjoy, all of which is easily accessible at set times on set days.

We've collated all of these activities, live streams and online resources and put them into an easy to digest calendar (that you can even print out) so you can pick and choose the events you wish to watch/take part in. You can thank us later!

P.E. with Joe Wicks (The Body Coach)

Fitness coach, Joe Wicks, most commonly known for his short intense High Intensity Interval Training workouts and Lean in 15 recipe books, is getting the nation's schoolchildren moving by hosting a series of live workouts on his YouTube channel. These online "P.E. lessons" are helping kids and adults alike burn off excess energy without leaving their home, and are a great way to start the day.

Wildlife with Steve Backshall

Yesterday, the Deadly 60 star took to Facebook Live to for an online Q and A session to discuss wildlife, biology, conservation, geography and exploration. The talk was a success and Steve plans to make it a regular thing, so watch this space!

Myleene Klass has launched an online Music Klass for the nation's children. The classically trained musician will be teaching twice a week o ease the burden on parents.

Storytime with David Walliams

The comedian and television personality will be releasing a free audio story each day for the next month. The daily treat is nostalgically named 'Elevenses', and children and grown-ups can tune in to hear the tale and his impressive assortment of voices.

Dance with Oti Mabuse

The Strictly Come Dancing champion is providing dance lessons for children and adults alike on her social media platforms, with help from her husband. The videos will be uploaded every day up until the end of the month (at the very least). So far, all of her videos have been themed around popular films, with our favourites so far Shrek on Wednesday and Mary Poppins today.

Bright Minded: Live with Miley Cyrus

The actress and singer has introduced a daily Instagram show called "Bright Minded", an acronym for each subtopic she plans to address with her famous friends.
