Holidays To The US From The UK Are Back!

It’s official, fully vaccinated UK travellers can visit the US for the first time in 604 days! The border reopened on the 8th November with the first flights taking off from London Heathrow at 08:51. To celebrate the end of the travel ban, Virgin Atlantic and British Airways synchronised their departures for this pivotal moment in travel.

The iconic Empire State Building was lit up red, white, and blue on Monday to welcome back Brits to the United States, and we couldn’t be happier. Big, bold and home to a host of world-class sights, it can be challenging to decide where to visit first. Here at icelolly.com, we’ve rounded up our favourite US destinations; all you have to do is pick your favourite.
