Entry Criteria

• Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions
• In order to enter the competition, you must fill out the above form on this page with your full name and email address
• You must be a UK resident to be in with a chance of winning this competition and be aged 18 or over

The Prize

• One lucky entrant will win a £500 voucher for a hot tub break in the UK, an inflatable hot tub to enjoy at home, a £25 Uber Eats e-voucher and a special Valentine’s Day-themed hamper
• The UK hot tub break will be provided by Sykes Holiday Cottages and the winner’s contact details will be passed over to Sykes for the purposes of fulfilling the hot tub break booking. The winner will have a period of two years upon the date of issue to redeem this part of the prize. Any remaining balance on the gift voucher may no longer be used after the expiry of its validity period. The winner must provide proof of identity upon request. Sykes is entitled to refuse to process any prize where it deems necessary. For example, if you are unable to or fail to produce sufficient identification when claiming a prize. Sykes will not be held accountable for any costs, losses, damages and expenses (including travel fees) which the winner may incur in relation to the competition or prize or as a result of any misrepresentation of the prize.
• The inflatable hot tub will be sent to the winner’s home address and we will endeavour to provide this in time for Valentine’s Day weekend 2021, however this cannot be guaranteed due to certain factors outside of our control. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have a suitable area to be able to store and use the inflatable hot tub
• The £25 Uber Eats voucher will be sent as an e-voucher to an email address of the winner’s choosing. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have an active Uber Eats account to be able to redeem this e-voucher, and live in an area where Uber Eats deliver
• The Valentine’s Day hamper will contain a selection of sweet and savoury foods, including chocolate and biscuits, as well as tea, bubbly and certain other erotic Valentine’s Day-related products suitable only for those aged 18 and over. We will endeavour to provide this in time for Valentine’s Day weekend 2021, however this cannot be guaranteed due to certain factors outside of our control

The Organiser

• The organiser of this competition is Icelolly Marketing Ltd
• The competition starts at 9am on Friday 22nd January 2021 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 7th February 2021
• One winner will be chosen from all valid entries at random using a random number generator within 24 hours of the competition’s end date
• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided when entering the competition, and have five working days to respond, which will begin after first contact from icelolly.com has been initiated. After this point, icelolly.com reserves the right to select a new winner
• The prize winner will be responsible for ensuring that they have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions

• All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there shall be no alternative prize or cash alternative offered
