*Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the "Competition") run by Ice Travel Group ("the Promoter"). By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland – excluding Ireland), the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man aged 18 years or over only.

1.3 The Competition will have one Winner of the main Prize and 5 runner up prizes.

2. How to Enter

2.1. To enter the Competition, participants must submit their email address via the entry form on the icelolly.com website by 23:59pm GMT on 02/05/25. Multiple entries per person, per category are allowed, entrants must submit a video relevant to the category of their choice via the email entry form on the icelolly.com website and any entries shared on social media should use the hashtag #BritAbroadAwards and tag @icelollyholiday in the caption. Participants are required to make their social media profiles public while the competition is running if they’re entering via video URL so the video is visible to @icelollyholiday.

2.2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry, or to award any prize to anyone that is believed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

2.4 Employees of Ice Travel Group are ineligible from entering the Competition.

2.5 The winner (subject to eligibility) will ultimately be selected by the @icelollyholiday Instagram audience, the Ice Travel Group team will shortlist their finalists and thse will be shared via @icelollyholiday social media for followers to vote for the best videos via polls and This or That content - the video with the most votes is the winner. There will also be a winner of each category, voting will be the same mechanic for these. Should the winner(s) not meet the Eligibility Criteria then their winner(s) status and entitlement will become void and another winner(s) will be chosen. The decision of the Promoter as to the winner(s) will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

2.6 Entries must be original, created by the participant, and must not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

2.7 The content must not include any offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material, including but not limited to explicit language, violence, or hate speech.

2.8 By submitting an entry, participants grant icelolly.com the right to use their video for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes without further compensation.

2.9 By entering, participants agree to allow icelolly.com to use their names, social media handles, and/or video submissions in promotional materials related to the giveaway and future marketing efforts.

3. Prize

3.1. The Main Prize consists of a 7-night all-inclusive stay at 4* Sol Marbella Estepona Atalaya Park, Costa del Sol. (the "Prize"). This is a stay for 2 people and must travel between 1- 19 June 2025 or 14 – 30 September 2025 only. Flights will be covered by icelolly.com up to £100pp. The category winner prizes will be a £250 Tui voucher.

3.1.2 The Main Prize:

All-Inclusive 7-night stay at 4* Sol Marbella Estepona Atalaya Park, Costa del Sol.

-Flights covered by Ice Travel Group to the value of £200 in total.

-To be used 1- 19 June 2025 or 14 – 30 September 2025.

3.2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

3.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

3.4 All Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

3.5 All Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and have no cash value. No cash equivalent will be given.

3a. HolidayGems Prize T&Cs:1. There is only one winner who will receive 7 nights’ accommodation at the Sol Marbella Estepona Atalaya Park, Costa del Sol on an All-Inclusive basis.

2. No alternative prize is available.

3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or extended and may only be taken between 1 -19 th June 2025 or 14 th -30 September 2025.

4. The winner must be one of the persons travelling on the holiday and this prize is non-transferable.

5. HolidayGems retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

6. Lead traveller must be aged 18 or above and a UK citizen. The winner and the winner’s travel companions must travel together, and all components of the prize must be taken together.

7. The prize does not include domestic UK transfers, travel insurance, spending monies or incidental costs (such as additional meals, telephone calls, mini bar items, laundry etc) other than those stated.

8. The prize does not include any Local Tourist Tax (if applicable), which must be paid locally by the prize winner.

9. The winner is responsible for their companion having valid passports/visas/fit to fly

certificates. We cannot be held responsible for any visa granted incorrectly, refused

admission to Spain or refused permission to board the flight. We strongly recommend that you check details in your Entry Permits/Visas against your passport and personal information prior to departure.

10. Employees of Travcorp Holdings Ltd and associated group companies are excluded from participation in this competition.

11. Travcorp Holdings Ltd will not be held accountable for any costs, losses, damages and expenses (including travel fees) which the winner may incur in relation to The Competition or prize or as a result of any misrepresentation of the prize.

12. HolidayGems shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, pandemic, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

13. By claiming The Competition prize constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

14. Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England.

16. The winner will be contacted by Ice Travel Group who will hand details over to HolidayGems to organise the hotel.

4. Winner Selection

4.1.The winner(s) will ultimately be selected by the @icelollyholiday Instagram audience from all the top entries received before the closing date. (See 2.5)

4.2. The winner(s) will be notified by email within 10 days of the closing date.

4.3 The Ice Travel Group team will be in touch with the winner directly to arrange the prize(s)

4.4 The winner(s) must respond within 5 days to claim the Prize. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in the Prize being forfeited, and the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner which will be the video with the second highest votes.

4.5 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails marketing@icetravelgroup.com within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter Ice Travel Group Limited Park Row House, 19-20 Park Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, LS1 5JF. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

5. Data Protection

5.1. By entering the Competition, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Promoters for the purpose of administering the Competition in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

5.2. The personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of the Competition and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent, except where required by law.

5.3. Participants have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data and to restrict or object to its processing by contacting compliance@icelolly.com

5.4 All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned

5.5. Data and Privacy

(i) By participating in this Prize Draw, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in these Terms and Conditions, and in particular in this paragraph 7.

(ii) Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your data

(iii) We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur in connection with the privacy policy applying to any third-party website or for any acts, omissions, errors or defaults of any third party in connection with that privacy policy.

6. Liability

6.1. The Promoters will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with the Competition or the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

6.2. The Promoters are not responsible for any issues related to the Prize, including but not limited to the quality or availability of the holiday package or any services related to the holiday.

6.3. The winner(s) agrees to release the Promoters from any liability related to the use or enjoyment of the Prize, including any personal injury or property damage incurred during.

6.4 The Winner(s) and their travelling party are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel, hold all adequate travel insurance policies, and comply with any other Terms and Conditions applicable to the Prize.

6.5 The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred by winners in the redemption of any of the Prizes.

6.6 It is the responsibility of The Winner(s) and all members of the travelling party to check and ensure they have a valid passport at the time of redeeming The Prize.

7. General

7.1 We reserve the right to withhold or withdraw the Prize if, in our sole discretion, it appears that a person claiming it does not fully meet the Eligibility Criteria, if a Purchase is cancelled or invalidated prior to the Closing Date, or we deem the Purchase to have been made fraudulently, invalidly or using automated means. We reserve the right to require reasonable proof of identity and eligibility from any person claiming a Prize.

7.2 Any additional costs which may be incurred by this Prize Draw in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services are not included in the Prize Draw and must be paid by you separately.

7.3 No alternative reward will be provided in whole or in part for the Prize, except that in the event of circumstances outside of our control we reserve the right to substitute similar rewards of equal value. The Prize is subject to promotional availability and is not transferable.

7.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept any responsibility or liability under or in connection with this Prize Draw and/or these Terms and Conditions (including without limitation as a result of technical fault, computer or electronic malfunction, or incomplete, illegible, late, lost or fraudulent entries). Any statutory rights you have are not affected.

7.5 Insofar as permitted by law, we will not be responsible or liable to compensate you, or accept any liability, for any personal loss, expense or damage in connection with this Prize Draw or accepting or using the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

7.6 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel, modify this Prize Draw and/or these Terms and Conditions, at any time before you have accepted it/them, including but not limited to terminating or withdrawing the Prize at any time.

7.7 If any paragraph in these Terms and Conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

7.8 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Withdrawal of Consent

5.1. You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

6.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Opt-In Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or published on the Promoters' website.
