Terms and conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the "Prize Draw") run by Ice Travel Group "the Promoter. By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland – excluding Ireland), the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man aged 18 years or over only.

1.3 The Prize Draw will have one Winner of the main Prize.

2. How to Enter

2.1. To enter the Prize Draw, participants must submit their email address via the entry form on the icelolly.com website and/or following @travelsupermarket on Instagram by 17/06/2025. Bonus entries can be gained by using the refer a friend link via the icelolly.com website

2.2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.

2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry, or to award any prize to anyone that is believed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

2.4 Employees of Ice Travel Group are ineligible from entering the Prize Draw.

2.5 The winner (subject to eligibility) will be selected at random by using a randomiser tool. Should the winner not meet the Eligibility Criteria then their winner status and entitlement will become void and another winner will be chosen. The decision of the Promoters as to the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Prize

3.1. The Prize is provided by Visit Florida and consists of:

Seven (7) consecutive night stay at Caribe Royale Orlando, including daily breakfast for four (4)
Four (4) one-day admission passes, including admission to the Screamin’ Gator Zip Line at Gatorland
Four (4) $75 gift cards for a kayak adventure with Epic Paddle
Four (4) vouchers each for two (2) flights for one (1) person at iFly Indoor Skydiving Orlando
Four (4) Drive-thru Safari Park admission tickets to Wild Florida
Four (4) Horseback Riding Tours at The Canyons Zipline and Adventure Park
Complimentary one-day vehicle entry to any Florida State Park
Round-trip coach class airline tickets for one (1) winner and up to three (3) guests to Orlando International Airport
A full-size rental vehicle for eight (8) consecutive days

Please note transfers are NOT included.

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes is $10,401.64. USD

Travel may be taken from the time that no travel restrictions, stay at home orders, quarantine orders, shelter in place orders, “safer at home” orders, or similar orders or recommendations are in effect at either the winner’s place of origin or destination and through December 1, 2026. Blackout dates may apply. Redemption instructions will accompany all certificates. The minimum age to book all elements of this prize package is 25.

Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be sold or gifted, may not be redeemed for cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Extensions to expiration dates will not be granted. Prize packages do not include travel to the departure airport or to the hotel (except as specifically included), meals (except as specifically included), incidentals, tips, telephone calls, airline baggage fees, or any other personal expenses incurred during the winner’s stay. Airline and schedule are at the sole discretion of VISIT FLORIDA. Non-stop service may not be offered. The prize winner must be one of the passengers booked in the travel party. The winner and guest(s) must have all necessary photo identification and/or travel documents required for travel.

To be used within a year since the winner announcement

The Prize must be redeemed before 30th June 2025.

3.2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

3.3. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

3.4 All Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

3.5 All Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and have no cash value. No cash equivalent will be given

4. Winner Selection

4.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

4.2. The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the closing date. The winner must respond within 5 days to claim the Prize. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in the Prize being forfeited, and the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

4.3 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, marketing@icetravelgroup.com or Ice Travel Group Limited Park Row House, 19-20 Park Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, LS1 5JF. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

5. Data Protection

5.1. By entering the Prize Draw, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Promoters for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

5.2. The personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of the Prize Draw and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent, except where required by law.

5.3. Participants have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data and to restrict or object to its processing by contacting compliance@icelolly.com or compliance@travelsupermarket.com

5.4 All Prize Draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned

5.5. Data and Privacy

(i) By participating in this Prize Draw, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in these Terms and Conditions, and in particular in section 4.3.

(ii) Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your data

(iii) We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur in connection with the privacy policy applying to any third-party website or for any acts, omissions, errors or defaults of any third party in connection with that privacy policy.

6. Liability

6.1. The Promoters will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with the Prize Draw or the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

6.2. The Promoters are not responsible for any issues related to the Prize, including but not limited to the quality or availability of the holiday package or any services related to the holiday.

6.3. The winner agrees to release the Promoters from any liability related to the use or enjoyment of the Prize, including any personal injury or property damage incurred during the

6.4 The Winner and their travelling party are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel, hold all adequate travel insurance policies, and comply with any other Terms and Conditions applicable to the Prize.

6.5 The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred by winners in the redemption of any of the Prizes.

6.6 It is the responsibility of The Winner and all members of the travelling party to check and ensure they have a valid passport at the time of redeeming The Prize.

7. General

7.1 We reserve the right to withhold or withdraw the Prize if, in our sole discretion, it appears that a person claiming it does not fully meet the Eligibility Criteria, if a Purchase is cancelled or invalidated prior to the Closing Date, or we deem the Purchase to have been made fraudulently, invalidly or using automated means. We reserve the right to require reasonable proof of identity and eligibility from any person claiming a Prize.

7.2 Any additional costs which may be incurred by this Prize Draw in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services are not included in the Prize Draw and must be paid by you separately.

7.3 No alternative reward will be provided in whole or in part for the Prize, except that in the event of circumstances outside of our control we reserve the right to substitute similar rewards of equal value. The Prize is subject to promotional availability and is not transferable.

7.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept any responsibility or liability under or in connection with this Prize Draw and/or these Terms and Conditions (including without limitation as a result of technical fault, computer or electronic malfunction, or incomplete, illegible, late, lost or fraudulent entries). Any statutory rights you have are not affected.

7.5 Insofar as permitted by law, we will not be responsible or liable to compensate you, or accept any liability, for any personal loss, expense or damage in connection with this Prize Draw or accepting or using the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

7.6 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel, modify this Prize Draw and/or these Terms and Conditions, at any time before you have accepted it/them, including but not limited to terminating or withdrawing the Prize at any time.

7.7 If any paragraph in these Terms and Conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

7.8 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
