Marine life is abundant in the warm Indian Ocean making it the ideal place to try your hand at snorkelling or diving. If nightlife is on your agenda then you may be disappointed, most of it is centred around the hotels, which offer cultural evenings, live bands and Caribbean evenings.
Eating Out
You can eat like a king for very little in this part of the world, especially if you take the food away to eat. Try rice cooked in stock with tasty curried meat or fish wrapped in a bannana leaf and baked, sounds delicious. If you prefer to sit to eat then there are a range of restaurants all serving amazing dishes and all at prices you won't beleive.
Things to Do
It is mostly sight seeing trips which are available and with so many to choose from. The diving here is fantastic and one of the main reasons many people visit this area of the world.
