How to save with Reserve & Collect
Head to the World Duty Free website and pop in the airport you’re flying from and when. Just remember that you’ll need to make your order between 24 hours and 30 days before you fly.
You can then browse until your heart’s content. You’ll have loads of discounted products to choose from - and even some brands that you can’t get in store. Add anything you fancy to your Reserve & Collect basket.
Then, all that’s left is to double check your travel details and confirm your reservation. The best part? Your 10% discount is automatically applied so you don’t need a code.
Finally, on the day you fly, you can stroll to your chosen World Duty Free store at the airport. At the Reserve & Collect collection point, you’ll pay for your order and head off on holiday with your bag (or bags!) full of goodies.

FAQs
How long do I have to make an order?
If you’re itching to get your items reserved, you can place an order from 30 days before your flight. You can also leave it pretty late if you want - but not completely last-minute. You’ll need to get your order placed at least 24 hours before.
Where do I pick up the stuff I ordered?
From the World Duty Free store you selected when you reserved your order and added your flight details. This will be the store in your departure terminal. Go to the Reserve and Collect collection desk in the store, and your bargains will be awaiting you!
When do I pay?
At the airport! You don’t pay a penny when you make your reservation online. Just bring your boarding pass and ID (which you’ll hopefully have anyway!). These will have to match the name on the order.
How do I get my 10% off?
You automatically get 10% off when you complete your order online. There’s no faffing about with codes.
What if I don’t pick up my order?
There’s no sweat if you don’t pick up your order. Remember, you won’t have paid for it, so it’ll just be automatically cancelled when it isn’t collected on the day you fly.
What if I need some help with my order?
