All flight inclusive packages are ATOL protected and non-flight packages will be protected by ABTA.
ATOL (Civil Aviation Authority)
ATOL provides cover for flight & hotel holidays, and every holiday provider that sells an air packaged holiday or flight only is required by law to hold an ATOL (Air Travel Organiser's License). ATOL protection ensures that your money will be refunded if the provider of your holiday fails financially, or if the holiday is already in progress you will be provided with the support necessary to complete your trip at no extra cost to yourself.
ABTA (The Association of British Travel Agents)
ABTA provides cover for all land-based holidays, including cruise, coach and rail trips. Booking an ABTA-protected holiday means you are entitled to a full refund or the means to complete your holiday in the event that the provider goes out of business, and makes you eligible for legal support if a problem arises with your holiday.
