1. Promoter
1.1 The promotion is run by Ice Travel Group (the “Partner”) in partnership with B&M Retail Ltd of The Vault, Dakota Drive, Estuary Commerce Park, Speke, Liverpool, L24 8RJ (company number: 01357507) (“B&M”).
1.2 By entering this promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The promotion opens at midday on 07 August 2026 and closes at midnight on 11th September 2026 (“the Closing Date”).
2.2 All entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date and time set out in clause 2.1. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entrants to the promotion must be UK residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees of the Partner, B&M, their group companies or suppliers professionally connected with the promotion (and their immediate families) are not permitted to enter.
3.3 There is a limit of one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
3.4 Entrants must be eligible to enter and claim any prize. In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible and the Promoter reserves the right to require proof of eligibility.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must fill their email on icelolly.com 4.2 No purchase is necessary
4.3 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted due to technical or other reasons.
4.4 Entries that are: 4.4.1 automatically generated, completed in bulk, and/or Page 18 4.4.2 altered, illegible or fraudulent will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 Winners(s) will be selected at random via a computer-generated process.
5.2 Winners(s) will be contacted using the details provided at entry within 7 days of the Closing Date.
5.3 If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with the process set out above.
5.4 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The Prize
One (1) Prize winner will win: (a) a family holiday to Benidorm consisting solely of:
- Four-night family holiday to Benidorm for up to four people (2 adults and 2 children)
- 4* hotel on Bed & Breakfast basis
- Flights contribution up to £500; and (b) 1 x £100 B&M gift card
- Five (5) runners up will each win a £30 B&M gift card.
7. Prize Conditions
The following conditions apply:
- No cash alternative is available
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative which is of equal or greater value
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged
- Any additional costs not expressly included within the prize are the responsibility of the winner
- B&M gift card Terms and Conditions apply: Each B&M gift card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No change or refunds will be given against the card. You can check the balance at any checkout in store. The card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue, and any unused balance will be lost after this date. Please protect this card and treat it as cash. It cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
8. Publicity
8.1 The Promoter may publish or make available details of the winner’s surname and the county where the winner resides in order to comply with regulatory requirements.
8.2 If a winner objects to the details in clause 8.1 being published, they should notify the Promoter of such objection when claiming their prize. The winner however acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter may still be required to provide such information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal data will be used to administer the Promotion and fulfil prizes.
9.2 Where entrants opt in to receive marketing communications, their data will be processed in accordance with the relevant party’s privacy policy (details of which are set out at clause 9.4).
9.3 Where entrants opt in to receive marketing from B&M, their data will be transferred to B&M for marketing purposes in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or acts in a way that is unfair or disruptive.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary to do so.
