2.1 The promotion opens at midday on 25th September 2026 and closes at midnight on 11th October 2026 (“the Closing Date”).

2.2 All entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date and time set out in clause 2.1. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

3.1 Entrants to the promotion must be UK residents aged 18 years or over.

3.2 Employees of the Partner, their group companies or suppliers professionally connected with the promotion (and their immediate families) are not permitted to enter.

3.3 There is a limit of one entry per person unless otherwise stated.

3.4 Entrants must be eligible to enter and claim any prize. In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible and the Promoter reserves the right to require proof of eligibility.

4.3 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted due to technical or other reasons.

5.1 Winners(s) will be selected at random via a computer-generated process.

5.2 Winners(s) will be contacted using the details provided at entry within 7 days of the Closing Date.

5.3 If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with the process set out above.

5.4 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

One (1) Prize winner will win: (a) a holiday to Benidorm consisting solely of:

The following conditions apply:

• No cash alternative is available
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative which is of equal or greater value

8.1 The Promoter may publish or make available details of the winner’s surname and the county where the winner resides in order to comply with regulatory requirements.

8.2 If a winner objects to the details in clause 8.1 being published, they should notify the Promoter of such objection when claiming their prize. The winner however acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter may still be required to provide such information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

9.1 Personal data will be used to administer the Promotion and fulfil prizes.

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or acts in a way that is unfair or disruptive.
