1. To enter a competition you must be: (a) a UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Iglu Cruise or any subsidiary of Iglu Cruise.
3. Any personal information that you provide to Iglu Cruise will be treated in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent.
4. Personal data will be used to administer the Promotion and fulfil prizes.
5. Where entrants opt in to receive marketing communications, their data will be processed in accordance with the relevant party’s privacy policy (details of which are set out at clause 7).
6. Where entrants opt in to receive marketing from Iglu Cruise, their data will be transferred to Iglu Cruise for marketing purposes in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

13. By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activity and material as Iglu Cruise may require.

15. The prize is not transferable to another person.
16. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

19. The prize is a 7-night Spain and France cruise sailing roundtrip from Southampton onboard Queen Anne, departing 13 June 2027. The following is not included in the prize: (a) travel to and from Southampton port; (b) premium drinks packages; (c) personal expenses such as laundry or spa treatments; (d) shore excursions; (e) travel insurance; (f) tips; (g) additional taxes.
20. Travel insurance is mandatory for all passengers sailing with Cunard.
21. The winner and their guest must hold valid passports with at least 3 months' validity beyond the date of return.
22. Any additional taxes and tips not specified in the prize package must be paid by the winner at the time of booking.
23. Iglu Cruise reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. We may also create rules which apply to a specific prize draw only. If we do this, we will publish the amended rules on the relevant competition page.
